Bob and Lori Leek are from Burlington County, New Jersey. The youngest of their 5 children, Rebekah, is with them in Ecuador. In May 2012 Bob retired as a Lieutenant for the NJ State Department of Corrections after 25 years of service. Lori is a certified elementary school teacher.

Their ministry over the past 24 years has been church planting, pastoring, discipling and training leaders. In 2002 they established Kingdom Life Ministries, a missional team formed to unify like-minded leaders, churches and ministries in order to reach the world for Christ and His Kingdom.

"The call for us to Ecuador was not a dramatic event or heavy burden, but one of seeing a need and knowing that God had prepared us to fulfill that need."

They moved to Ecuador in January 2013 as independent missionaries and became friends with Unsión's missionary team, working side by side in Cuenca, which lead them to join in purpose and vision with both AGWM and Unsión. In October of 2016 Bob became a licensed minister with the New Jersey Assemblies of God and the Leeks are now official AGWM Missionaries.

Since Fall 2016, Bob and Lori have worked with Global University and Ecuador's Assemblies of God to start a Berean School of the Bible in Cuenca. They will also continue planting churches and discipling future ministers and leaders through Unsión Plus.
